Hot Liquor Tanks

Giraffe Stainless hot liquor tanks are available from 3 barrel to 50+ barrels which is ideal for craft brewers to commercial breweries, and a wide range of beverages and industries. All hot liquor tanks are constructed from food grade stainless steel SS304 with a 3-4 mm thickness, an interior sanitary finish with exterior side walls in a #4 dairy finish. Each liquor tank has a closed top with removable lid and closed dish top for steam. All liquor tanks come standard with 25% head space on top of working volume. Our liquor tanks are beautifully designed for the discriminating brewer and loaded with many standard features that provide commercial brewery functionality for all brewers alike

1.316ss Interior, 304ss Shell and Frame Hot Liquor Tank.
2.Polished to a 2B finish exterior, with a 0.6µm sanitary finish inside.
3.Laser welded pillow plate Steam Jackets offer optimal heat transfer capability and are insulated with 100mm Chloride free Rockwool insulation.
4.The interior of the shell and jacket are professionally passivated and coated with a Chloride resistant coating to resist corrosion from the interior.
5.Temperature Thermowell with included RTD sensor installed.
6.CIP Tank Spray ball has spinner spray head assembly and exterior CIP arm.
7.Adjustable Levelers to provide a level tank regardless of floor slope.
