Giraffe Stainless is proud to present the 1 bbl / 2 bbl /3.5 bbl , 3- vessel nano brewhouse. The units are perfect for low production requirements, small brewpubs, breweries in planning, small batch testing and recipe formulation. The Pilot brewhouse is configured in a 3-vessel system design including 1 Hot liquor tank, 1 Whirlpool/kettle combination and 1 Mash Lauter ton. This unit comes standard with a splash-proof, Type 4X, IP 65 enclosure, RTD temperature sensors and Heating element dry run sensors to ensure safety for both the user and equipment. Each control panel features advance temperature controllers on HLT and Kettle, temperature indicators on Mash tank, after heat exchanger. Each control panel features tactile switches and pushbutton controls allowing you to adjust temperature and pump speed with ease.This system consists of 304 stainless steel construction for all vessels, fittings and framing. It comes completely with Incoloy Heating Elements for both HLT and Kettle, single stage heat exchanger and Ampco transfer pump.
Giraffe Stainless's nano brewhouse is a close representation of large-scale brewery equipment. Scaling up will be a breeze when your company is ready to graduate to larger production capacities. This system is available in 240V/ single phase, and both 230V and 460V, 3 Phase power.
